Are you ready to experience an amazing workout while keeping your little one close by and engaged? I have recently joined FIT4MOM West Plano and we absolutely love what we have found! I am able to bring my kids with me and they hang out in the stroller during the workout. My 22 month old stays engaged and enjoys it, as long as I remember snacks! My almost 5 year old is content doing activities I bring for him. Once he turns 5 he is able to get up and move around.
The classes take place outside at local Plano parks. When the weather does not cooperate we are able to use Willow Bend Mall! The instructors are full of energy and make the classes fun for both the moms and the kiddos. There are often extension activities for the kids after class including art, fun themed snacks, water play, bubbles, park play, and more. There are also social events for the whole family which everyone are invited to attend. I have gone to play dates and have had a blast. All the moms are so welcoming. They have created a true village!
